Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping Fee: $4.99 for orders shipped within the United States.

Order Tracking

Please allow approximately 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Vantara Shoes is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
